A senior police official told KNO that the decision has been taken in wake of the shutdown and protest call given by Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) on July 08. The shutdown call has been given to observe third death anniversary of slain Hizbul Mujahidin Commander Burhan Wani. "Restrictions will be imposed in old city parts like Nowhatta, Khanyar and others," the official told KNO. He said the precautions were required to avoid any loss or damage to life and property.
